Director of Product Management

About the Role-

• Lead and manage a team of four DDoS product managers while reporting to the VP of Product.
• Maintain a 30%-50% hands-on involvement in product strategy and execution.
• Own end-to-end product management for Network Security & DDoS solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D, security researchers, and development teams to drive innovation.
• Define strategic roadmap, conduct market research, and lead strategic decision-making.
• Work closely with global enterprise customers and internal teams to enhance product adoption.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a Product Team Lead, Product Director, or higher-level managerial role – mandatory
• 5 years of experience as a Product Manager – mandatory
• Experience as a Product Manager in one of the following areas: Network Detection, Network Security, Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS), or DoS – mandatory
• Experience with inbound product management – mandatory
• Experience with outbound product management – mandatory
• Experience working in a cloud environment – mandatory
