Engineering Product Leader

As an Engineering Product Leader, you will play a key role in managing the full lifecycle of our products, ensuring seamless integration between engineering, manufacturing, and operational activities. You will be responsible for driving product improvements, implementing changes, and ensuring optimal system performance in production and the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering activities related to existing and new product introduction (NPI) initiatives.
• Lead product lifecycle management, integrating operational activities across all phases.
• Implement manufacturing guidelines and ensure smooth adoption of product changes.
• Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and Bill of Materials (BOMs), overseeing execution via the Change Control Board (CCB).
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and implement efficiency improvements.
• Analyze failures, define corrective actions, and ensure timely implementation.
• Support day-to-day production troubleshooting, training the production team when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

• B.Sc/PE (Practical Engineering) in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory.
• Experience in working with Solidworks - Mandatory
• 5-10 years of proven experience in an engineering environment.
• Strong expertise in product lifecycle management and manufacturing technologies (mechanical systems, sheet metal), including BOM and
• Hands-on experience in DFx methodologies (Design for Manufacturing, Assembly, Cost, etc.).
• Familiarity with the printing industry – an advantage.
• Experience working with PLM tools (e.g., Agile) – an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written.
