Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic VP of R&D to lead the development of our next-generation digital healthcare platform. In this role, you will define the platform architecture, technology stack, AI-powered modules, security model, and regulatory compliance strategies. As a key member of the executive team, you'll shape the technical vision and drive the innovation of cutting-edge solutions in the healthcare space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the R&D team to design, develop, and scale an AI-powered digital healthcare platform.
• Define and architect platform technologies, including cloud computing integrations and mobile security frameworks.
• Set the vision and strategy for AI-driven software development in healthcare applications.
• Ensure all product developments meet regulatory compliance standards and adhere to healthcare industry security requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and executive leadership, to align R&D initiatives with business goals.
• Manage, mentor, and grow an elite team of R&D engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Oversee the development and implementation of AI-powered modules that improve patient outcomes and experience.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a senior R&D leadership role.
• Strong background in healthcare technology, particularly in medical devices, AI-driven software, and cloud computing architectures.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile security architectures and the ability to integrate them into healthcare systems.
• Proven experience in navigating complex regulatory frameworks and ensuring compliance with healthcare industry standards.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to balance innovation, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling high-performance teams in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working with top-tier investors, advisors, and other stakeholders.
