Up2China is a leading e-commerce enabler, helping international brands establish and grow their presence in the Chinese market. We specialize in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and private traffic solutions, driving brand success on platforms like Tmall, JD, and WeChat. As we expand, we’re looking for a Growth Hacker to take our marketing, data-driven decision-making, and customer acquisition strategies to the next level.
About the Role
We’re seeking a highly creative, analytical, and resourceful Growth Hacker who can rapidly scale our business, optimize conversion funnels, and drive innovative marketing strategies. You’ll work across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue, leveraging data, automation, and digital channels to accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Growth Strategy & Execution: Develop, test, and execute data-driven growth strategies across digital marketing, e-commerce, and private traffic channels (WeChat, Douyin, RED, etc.).
• Customer Acquisition & Retention: Optimize conversion funnels, improve CAC:LTV ratio, and experiment with viral and referral growth strategies.
• Data & Analytics: Use A/B testing, performance tracking, and analytics tools to measure and optimize campaigns, user engagement, and conversion rates.
• Performance Marketing: Manage paid media campaigns (SEM, paid social, KOL/KOC collaborations) and optimize ROAS across multiple platforms.
• Private Traffic & Community Growth: Build and scale Up2China’s WeChat mini-app ecosystem, loyalty programs, and membership engagement strategies.
• Product & UX Optimization: Work closely with the e-commerce and tech teams to improve user experience, checkout processes, and personalization.
• Automation & AI-driven Growth: Leverage AI tools, chatbots, and automation to enhance efficiency and engagement in customer journeys.
• Trendspotting & Experimentation: Identify emerging trends, test new channels, and implement growth hacking experiments to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or performance marketing, ideally within e-commerce or consumer brands.
• Strong analytical mindset, hands-on with data, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
• Experience with paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, WeChat Ads, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI-driven tools, automation, and CRM solutions is a plus.
• Creative thinker with a hacker mentality—fast execution, resourceful, and always looking for new ways to drive growth.
• Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin (preferred).
