As a Junior FP&A, you will join a dynamic and fast-growing company, contributing to the foundation of financial planning processes that support our growth journey. You will assist in budget control, monitoring financial performance, and driving process improvements to ensure efficient and accurate reporting. Additionally, you will support the implementation of tools to streamline workflows and enhance the delivery of actionable insights for decision-making

A Day In Your Life

• Support the financial planning function by assisting department leaders with budgeting and resource allocation processes.
• Help maintain and update the company’s financial model, including the annual budget and expense forecasts.
• Collaborate with the finance team to track and report on KPIs, ensuring timely delivery of insights into business performance.
• Assist in preparing and analyzing monthly financial reports, including variance analysis, to highlight key issues and trends.
• Work closely with the accounting team during the monthly close process to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the implementation of process improvements and financial tools to enhance efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Assist with reviewing contracts and agreements to identify risks and opportunities under the guidance of senior team members.
• Contribute to ad hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.
  
  

What You Bring

• 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, budgeting, or a related field, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Understanding of accounting principles, including expenses, revenue recognition and accruals
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including financial modeling, pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization, with the ability to build and maintain dynamic financial models accurately and efficiently
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and BI tools.
