As a BI Operations Analyst working on our Business Analytics & Business Intelligence team in Tel Aviv, you will work closely with our Sales and Account Management teams to create data driven solutions, extract and visualize actionable insights from large volumes of data through reporting and analytics.

At Taboola, we currently work in a hybrid work model giving employees the flexibility to work from home a few days a week. We have offices in Ramat Gan and Beer Sheva and are looking to grow to additional locations such as Jerusalem, where our Taboolars have the opportunity to meet their teammates, connect with other teams and socialize with friends.

What are some of the things you do on a day-to-day basis?

As a BI Operations Analyst You Will

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data infrastructure solutions.

Automate data workflows to streamline processes, reducing manual efforts and improving accuracy in reporting and analytics.

Collaborate with other departments (e.g., IT/Data, IS, R&D, Product) to ensure seamless integration of BI tools with other systems and data models.

Work closely with the BI Development team to Develop, maintain, and automate operational and executive-level reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights.

Work closely with stakeholders (Business, Finance, FP&A, Sales Ops) to understand their reporting needs and ensure data is effectively visualized and communicated.

Monitor data infrastructure performance, and implement optimizations to ensure high availability and fast processing times.

What skills and qualifications do I need?

For This Role It Is Essential That You Have

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Data Analysis/ BI Operations role, working with large data sets and/or complex Excel models
• Master in SQL and complex queries
• Experience with using and building/developing reports with various BI Tools (preferably Qlik Sense)
• BA/BSc. required- preferably in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems/ Data analysis
• Excellent attention to details and the ability to remain organized
• Strong communications skills, verbal and written
• Project management skills- ability to lead and manage a project E2E, incl. managing timelines, collecting requirements and prioritizations of tasks to other teams
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment, with a high level of agility to changing circumstances and priorities
• Python experience - Advantage
