Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Equity Partner located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Equity Partner will be responsible for overseeing major projects, developing client relationships, providing strategic guidance to clients, and ensuring high-quality consulting services. The individual will also engage in business development, mentoring junior consultants, and collaborating with other partners to drive the firm's growth and success.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in strategic planning and project management
• Excellent client relationship and business development abilities
• Deep understanding of consulting practices in federal, international, or life science sectors
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
