We are looking for a talented and experienced Technical Marketing Manager to work remotely and part-time. If you have a We are looking for an experienced Meta Advertising Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and deep expertise in Meta advertising to maximize ROI and drive business growth.

Job Description:

 - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

 - Manage and optimize SEO, PPC, social media, email, and content marketing campaigns.

 - Create and manage social media content and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

 - Plan and execute email marketing and CRM automation to nurture leads and retain customers.

 - Track and analyze KPIs using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM dashboards to optimize performance.

- Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve company goals.

- Continuously ideate, implement, and measure results of A/B testing for both creatives and campaign targeting to optimize for engagement/conversions

- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.

- Optimize campaign performance and develop strategies for high-budget clients.

- Work with other channel specialists

Key Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 3+ years in media buying, with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).

- Experience directly managing budgets of $5K/month minimum 

- Experience in crafting compelling ad angles that drive conversion on Facebook

- Communication Skills: Ability to present insights, collaborate with teams, and optimize messaging.

- Experience in ERP, CRM is an advantage

 - Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media management.

 - Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook, Ads Manager, and SEO tools

 - Experience with email marketing platforms

 - Ability to create and analyze marketing reports to measure success.

 - Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask.

 - Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
