Role Overview

We are looking for an exceptional and passionate Director of Research Infrastructure, to design and implement in-house systems and research tools. As a Director of Research Infra in Paragon, you will lead a team of researchers and software engineers who work on production grade systems that are crucial for the day to day operation of the research group. You will face a variety of different technologies and tools to accomplish a reliable and scalable system, cross-platform automations and complex reverse-engineering challenges.

We are looking for a capable research and tech enthusiast who’s willing to lead a unique team, next generation vulnerability research and reverse engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team that develops high quality, testable and efficient tools and systems using Golang and Python.
• Initiate and promote new ideas for continuous improvement of the product.
• Work with a variety of different technologies, reverse engineering tools and Data platforms to build a next-generation reverse-engineering ecosystem.
• Work with a wide variety of stakeholders within the Research and R&D groups.
  
  

• 5+ Experience of Leading Research / R&D groups
• Experience with IDA / Ghidra, LL & R&D
• High Interpersonal skills, And ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Strong “Can do Approach”
• Ability to take initiative, with a self-motivated attitude and reliability
