Inviting applications for the role of AVP, Cora Orchestration Product Leader

In this role, your primary responsibility will be to manage a portfolio of Cora Orchestration products and services and ensuring that they collectively meet the needs of the target market. This role involves defining the overall strategy for the offerings, aligning them with business objectives, and driving their successful execution. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure the product meets customer needs and achieves business goals.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Strategy: Develop and communicate a cohesive strategy for the entire product or service portfolio.
• Product Strategy: Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with overall company goals.
• Market Alignment: Ensure that the portfolio Products are aligned with market needs and customer demands.
• Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a product roadmap, outlining the features and enhancements to be developed over time.
• Prioritization: Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business priorities.
• Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire lifecycle of offerings, from ideation to retirement.
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback for the entire offering portfolio.
• Partnership Development: Identify and foster strategic partnerships that can enhance the product portfolio, collaborating with external organizations to drive mutual success.
• KPI Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success and effectiveness of product offerings, utilizing data to inform future
• Launch and Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in the IT industry
• Experience supporting a Sales team to win new business in new and existing accounts
• Excellent customer facing, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good business analysis and requirements analysis skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking
• Understanding of technology and market trends.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
• Travel availability up to 40% within North America to support onsite client work

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• BSc in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Background or experience in the insurance/banking industry.
• Leadership skills
• Strong understanding of market dynamics.
