About The Position

Stampli is a SaaS FinTech startup company, seeking a talented Senior BI Developer / Data Architect to join our growing Data & Analytics team.

As a Data Architect, you will play a major role in scaling our existing BI Platform, Data Warehouse (DWH), and Data Management operations.

You will be responsible for building unique ETL processes that transform raw data into valuable business insights.

In this role, you will collaborate regularly with the company's management, R&D team, and analyst teams, while leveraging your creativity to develop innovative BI solutions. The position requires a deep understanding of business processes, as well as a background in data analysis and business analysis. Proficiency in the AWS environment, specifically with RedShift, is essential, as well as proficiency in Qlik .

The work encompasses the entire life cycle of BI system development, from designing solutions with key business users to full development of the solution, including building API and connectors, data processing (ETL), data modeling, user interface, and support for business analysis.

The job is divided equally between hands-on development work and project management/system design responsibilities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing BI systems, including at least 3 years of experience in ETL development and strong SQL capabilities.
• Experience in BI development using Qlik.
• Experience leading BI projects.
• Practical experience in the field of Data Warehouses (DWH) using ETL tools.
  
  

• Practical experience with AWS RedShift.
• Practical experience with Matillion for ELT/ETL processes.
• Practical experience with AutoML processes and developments.
• Experience in business, economic, or marketing analysis.
• Strong Excel skills.

• Great team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the company.

• Ability to take ownership of end-to-end solution creation, including design, development, user interface, usage, and analytics.
