What will you do in SuperPlay?:

• Lead and manage the localization process to ensure high-quality translations across multiple languages.
• Collaborate with translation vendors, to manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in localized content, aligning with brand voice and business priorities.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and implement process improvements.
• Oversee vendors and coordinate internal reviews to maintain quality and timely delivery.
• Develop and manage project plans, including budget, schedule, and scope.
• Ensure compliance with localization standards and best practices.
• Provide project updates, communicate potential delays, and refine processes to optimize quality, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  
  

• Native-level English proficiency.
• 1+ years of experience in project management /localization/relevant role, within an organization.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset with a drive for success and process optimization.
• Excellent communication skills for working with both internal teams and external partners.
