Finance Systems Analyst

Exodigo is looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to take full ownership of our financial systems, dashboards, and integrations. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between the Finance team and the company’s IT and Data teams. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing financial processes, ensuring smooth system integrations, and supporting financial reporting and forecasting initiatives.

This is a hands-on, independent role in a fast-growing tech company, reporting to the Director of FP&A. You will have the opportunity to shape and optimize the way Exodigo manages financial data and tools, driving efficiencies and improvements across financial systems.

Job Description

• Manage and maintain financial systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite, BI, and operational systems, while defining and maintaining integrations across financial platforms to ensure accurate, efficient, and seamless data flow.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, and the Head of Data to align financial systems with business needs and define data requirements across all company platforms.
• Define and build dashboards and reports to support FP&A, budget owners, and executive decision-making.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions—identifying system improvements, process optimizations, and workflow enhancements.
• Support finance operations by building and implementing new workflows, ensuring financial data accuracy, and streamlining system usage to optimize reporting, forecasting, and budgeting workflows.
• Provide user support and training for finance-related systems and processes.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field: Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• 2+ years of experience in a relevant role (Finance Systems, FP&A, BI Analyst, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, budget systems and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or similar)
• Advantage: Experience with Hilan, HiBob, Mesh, HubSpot.
• Technical proficiency in Excel (Power Query, advanced formulas)
• SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to structure and analyze complex financial data.
• Experience working with IT/Data teams on system integrations and process improvements.
• Proactive, independent problem solver who takes ownership and drives projects forward.
• Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew, with the ability to translate finance needs into system requirements.
