Recently, we opened a site in Tel Aviv and we are looking for a Sales executive to join our team!
(We are located in the center of Tel Aviv, and working in a hybrid model)
Responsibilities:
This role involves identifying potential clients, prospecting through various channels, and developing sales strategies to maximize revenue.
It requires building strong client relationships, presenting products or services, handling objections, and negotiating deals.
Collaboration with the recruitment team and other departments ensures a seamless customer experience.
Monitoring sales performance, staying updated on market trends, and participating in conferences are key to refining strategies and expanding market presence. The ultimate goal is to exceed sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within the same industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in staffing/outsourcing/services companies.
- Experience in working with a global environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated and result-driven, with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to adapt them to various situations.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools for efficient pipeline management.
- High level of English – MUST
- Spanish – advantage
