Job Requirements

Three years of experience in characterization / implementation on the Salesforce platform - required

Experience working with Service cloud including user management, permission management, Flows - required

Experience working with diverse and complex projects in Salesforce - required

Relevant Salesforce certifications - an advantage

Familiarity with call center / branches / back office processes - an advantage
