Risk & Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a Risk & Compliance Specialist to join our technology division and work closely with various teams and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting risk assessments for new systems and products, identifying and evaluating risks, and assisting in defining controls to mitigate them.
• Supporting the identification of opportunities and risk reduction measures.
• Identifying and helping to remove barriers to implementation.
• Implementing regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance.
• Participating in professional forums and discussions.
• Monitoring technological and regulatory developments.
• Preparing and delivering presentations to senior management.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in risk management and control processes.
• Strong technological knowledge and familiarity with various platforms.
• Experience in risk assessment and control frameworks.
• Understanding of technology regulations and compliance standards.
• Strong analytical skills and a critical thinking approach.
• Self-motivated with the ability to initiate and drive processes.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience working with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• High-level English proficiency.
