With the rapid growth of our Performance Marketing division, we are expanding our team and looking for a PPC Team Lead to drive the bwin brand’s paid search strategy across Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, and Portugal.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-budget, multi-market PPC operation, working closely with the Head of Search, Analytics, and Strategy leaders to craft data-driven marketing strategies that maximize performance and efficiency. This is an exciting chance to take ownership of large-scale multi-million-dollar campaigns and play a key role in shaping the future of bwin’s paid search initiatives.

• Lead & develop a high-performance PPC team, providing mentorship and strategic direction.
• Define and execute scalable search marketing strategies across multiple brands and regions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UA, Product, Data & Analytics) to maximize ROAS.
• Manage & optimize large-scale paid search campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Apple Ads.
• Leverage data-driven insights to enhance bidding strategies, audience targeting, and conversion funnels.
• Analyze & track key PPC KPIs to drive continuous performance improvements.
• Run A/B tests & experimentation to maximize engagement and efficiency.
• Identify & implement automation tools to improve search marketing effectiveness.

• 5+ years of experience in PPC 
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and multi-million dollar budgets.
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and automation tools.
• Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of conversion rate optimization & A/B testing.
• Experience managing campaigns across multiple languages and European markets.
