Commercial Lawyer

We are a global consumer goods company specializing in innovative products for parents and children. As we continue to grow, we seek a Commercial Lawyer to join our team in Herzliya.

Key Responsibilities:

Contracts & Legal Operations

• Review and draft legal documents and agreements.
• Provide support in managing external legal counsels.
• Assist in managing litigation processes and reviewing legal pleadings.

Intellectual Property Management & Registration

• Maintain the company's IP database and Monday IP account.
• Manag and track IP-related payments.
• Assist with IP registration processes, working closely with the development and product teams.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making regarding IP registration.
• Ensure compliance with IP regulations, including product marking and trademark use.

IP Enforcement

• Identify and monitor potential IP infringements, taking necessary enforcement actions.
• Draft and send cease-and-desist letters, as well as report infringements to relevant authorities.
• Support regulatory enforcement efforts and assist in preparing related materials.

Requirements:

• Law degree from a leading institution - Must
• Licensed to practice law in Israel.
• 1-2 years post-internship experience as a lawyer in a leading law firm or as an in-house lawyer.
• High-level English (speaking & writing).
• Ability to work independently, proactive approach, responsible, detail-oriented.
• Willingness to work flexible hours with the U.S. Experience in intellectual property.
