Clinical Expert, Psychology / Behavioral Therapy (ADHD SaaS Company)

We are actively searching for a skilled Clinical Expert with expertise in cognitive therapy & behavioral health to lead our team of clinical trainers and support clients making the most of our ADHD assessment tool.

Customers worldwide use MOXO attention profiling and ADHD assessment for: 

• ADHD therapy and intervention planning 
• Emotional well-being, behavioral care and social skills improvement
• Academic performance support, 
• Diagnosis and treatment of insomnia, obesity, brain injuries and cognitive 

and more… 

As our Clinical Expert you will work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and product to drive innovation and maximize value for our clients.

What You Will Do:

• Provide ongoing technical and clinical support to ensure successful product adoption and usage.
• Lead & mentor a team of clinical training specialists who train clients (psychologists, therapists, psychiatrists, clinicians, social workers, and education professionals) on effectively using our ADHD assessment tools.
• Conduct hands-on training and ensure high-quality training standards worldwide.
• Educate clients on leveraging MOXO for data-driven decision-making and patient progress tracking.
• Provide consultation on how to integrate assessment data into treatment protocols.
• Gather user feedback and collaborate with the product team to enhance our platform.
• Stay updated on ADHD treatment advancements to align MOXO’s capabilities with real-world clinical needs.

About You:

• High-energy and adaptable -  thrives in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Clinical expertise – Strong background in ADHD frameworks (e.g., DSM-5), cognitive therapy models, and neuropsychological assessments.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience in cognitive therapy, ADHD assessment, neuropsychological evaluations, or other cognitive training programs.
• Ability to interpret and apply assessment results to treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills – Can explain complex concepts clearly to both clinicians and non-experts.
• Customer-focused mindset – Strong empathy for users and a passion for driving growth through value-driven solutions.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and digital assessment tools is a plus.
• Collaborative – Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, support, and development teams.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Psychology, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is a must, while proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Residency in Israel is required

Just a heads up: Our office is located in Hofit, Israel. We work in a hybrid model - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
