SAP Domain Manager

Leading the SAP unit o, which includes about 30 employees. Member of the extended management of the division. The role includes managing teams of implementers and developers, overall responsibility for work plans, deliverables, end-to-end technological projects, characterization and development, operation, and maintenance of core operational systems.

Responsibilities:

• Managerial leadership of the implementation and development teams (mentoring, support, and professional guidance)
• Planning, managing, monitoring, and controlling the unit's work plan from the initiation stage to go-live
• Planning and executing projects under the unit's responsibility
• Managing budgets and resources and working with external suppliers
• Collaborating with parallel units in the division
• Leading the unit according to the project management methodology of the technology division

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management/Software or another relevant degree - mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role - mandatory
• Experience in characterizing and managing projects with extensive integration interfaces
• Practical experience in SAP domains for at least 5 years
