Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage the product roadmap for cellular solutions, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with R&D, engineering, sales, and operations teams to develop and enhance products tailored for government clients and project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Define product requirements, specifications, and features based on customer feedback and industry best practices.
- Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring high-quality performance and compliance with security standards.
- Act as the subject matter expert for internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and partners.
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to cellular solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful implementation.
- Track and report project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure all projects comply with contractual obligations, government procurement policies, and industry regulations.
- Manage relationships with government clients, ensuring a high level of service, support, and communication.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications) is a plus.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in product management and/or project management, preferably in the telecommunications or cellular solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of cellular technologies (LTE, 5G, private networks, secure communications) and government procurement processes.
- Experience working in a B2G environment, including knowledge of compliance, security, and public sector requirements – big advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, particularly with government agencies.
