Role Description

We are looking for a Certified Drone Operator to join our team in Ashkelon. This full-time, on-site role involves operating UAVs, conducting flight missions, ensuring drone safety and maintenance, and providing training for teams and clients both locally and internationally. The operator will also be involved in planning and executing UAV operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and generating detailed reports on mission outcomes.

Requirements:

• Vaild CAAI Commercial UAVs up 25 kg Remote pilot certificate.
• Prior military experience with unmanned systems.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience operating UAVs.
• Valid Israeli driver’s license, including manual transmission.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Experience with Mission Planner and Q Ground Control.
• Experience operating UAVs in flight testing scenarios.

Responsibilities:

• Operate UAVs for various flight missions, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.
• Plan, lead, and execute UAV operations for testing and customer demonstrations, both in Israel and abroad.
• Provide theoretical and practical flight training for teams and clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during missions, ensuring smooth operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on mission outcomes and drone performance.
• Collaborate with development, engineering, and integration teams.
• Work in dynamic and diverse field conditions, under pressure and high workload.
