Controller

Bulls Media is seeking an experienced Controller to manage financial operations and reporting for our international companies. The role is crucial for enhancing financial control, team leadership, and operational efficiency. Candidates should have a solid accounting foundation, leadership skills, and experience in a global business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a finance team located both in Israel and internationally, overseeing financial operations and reporting.
2. Manage financial statements, budgets, and reporting analysis, including month-end and year-end processes.
3. Handle communications and relationships with external entities like auditors and banks.
4. Conduct financial controls and optimizations across multiple business units in over 10 countries.
5. Support senior leadership in decision-making through automation and efficiency improvements in financial processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required, with 2-5 years of experience post-Big 4, managing financial control.
2. Proven experience in leading a team, including remote management capabilities.
3. Proficient in financial reporting standards, tax regulations, and ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle).
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills, with proficiency in English at a mother tongue level.
5. Capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
