Role Overview:

This role goes beyond standard UI/UX design, it requires defining and documenting a design language and color palette with a strong psychological rationale, ensuring alignment with the company’s values and user personas.

A core focus will be on maximizing user engagement, interaction, and dwell time through auditable cues, call-to-action mechanisms, and behavior-driven design elements.

Additionally, the designer will be responsible for creating marketing materials, including banners, roll-ups, and web assets, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand identity across all mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI/UX designs for web-based applications.
• Define and document a strategic design language and color palette based on psychological insights and aligned with company values and user needs.
• Implement user engagement strategies that leverage behavioral design principles, auditable cues, and call-to-action mechanisms.
• Design and prepare marketing materials (banners, roll-ups, and digital assets) for conferences and the website.
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless execution of UI/UX designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate and improve designs.
• Stay current with psychological and behavioral research in UI/UX and continuously apply insights to enhance user experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum five years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX projects and marketing design work.
• Expertise in user-centered design with a deep understanding of the psychology behind UI/UX decisions.
• Experience in developing engagement-driven design strategies to enhance user retention and interaction.
• Strong ability to define and document design principles that align with the company’s mission and user personas.
• Proven experience in creating marketing materials (brochures, IFUs, banners, roll-ups, web assets) for digital and offline use.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to improve collaboration with developers.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
• A mindset of continuous learning, with the ability to conduct and apply ongoing research in behavioral psychology for UI/UX.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
