DevOps Engineer

We are an early-stage cybersecurity startup looking for a proactive and independent DevOps Engineer to take full ownership of our infrastructure. In this role, you’ll design and lead our DevOps strategy—building CI/CD pipelines, managing AWS with Terraform, and implementing GitOps methodologies—while ensuring stability, scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a "can-do" attitude, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role, perfect for someone who enjoys tackling challenges, thinking outside the box, and building from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build AWS production infrastructure on EKS (Kubernetes clusters) from the ground up.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Docker, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, and Helm.
• Ensure production reliability with monitoring, alerting, and observability (Opsgenie, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate development.
• Optimize cloud costs while ensuring security, SOC2 compliance, and development speed.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of DevOps experience, including infrastructure from scratch.
• Hands-on expertise in AWS, EKS, Terraform.
• Strong knowledge of GitOps (ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, Helm).
• Experience establishing observability processes (Advantage).
• Proficiency in Python & Bash scripting.
• Software development background (Big advantage).
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively and bringing creative solutions to the table.
• Independent, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic startup environment.
• Ability to work on-site at our Tel Aviv office.
