Who You Are

• A lead-level UX designer who thrives on research-driven design and iteration.
• Have at least 3 years of experience designing for B2B SaaS products (required).
• Excited to work at a fast-moving startup, owning both product UX and marketing design.
• Comfortable owning the UX vision and strategy while being hands-on with design execution.
• Confident in conducting UX research—reviewing call recordings and analyzing competitors to inform decisions.
• Experienced in Figma, working with components that scale across our product.
• Understands the importance of a cohesive design language and scalable design frameworks.
• Experience in a startup is a huge advantage.
• Experience in a cybersecurity company is great to have.

What You’ll Do

• Design intuitive, elegant, and scalable user experiences.
• Lead UX research efforts to deeply understand user needs.
• Collaborate with top-tier product and engineering talent—people who have built and scaled world-class products.
• Maintain and evolve Lema’s design language and component library.
• Take ownership of marketing design efforts—decks, collaterals, and website assets.
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback and business needs.
