Telephone Sales Team Leader (SaaS Product)

We are looking for a dynamic Telephone Sales Team Leader to manage a small team while personally handling our strategic clients. This dual role combines hands-on sales with leadership responsibilities in a fast-paced technology environment.

• Manage two telephone sales representatives (coaching, mentoring, and performance tracking)
• Take ownership of the company's strategic clients - deepening relationships and executing upsells
• Identify and acquire new strategic clients
• Daily tracking of team targets + personal goals with continuous performance improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Support, Development, Product, and Marketing

• More than 3 years of experience in telephone sales
• Minimum 1 year experience in selling SaaS products - mandatory!
• Strong technical aptitude (our product is technology-based) - this will be assessed early in the process
• Familiarity with email marketing systems - significant advantage
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High motivation and hunger for sales
• Ability to work in a dynamic and highly pressured environment

• Full-time position: Sunday-Thursday (one hybrid day available after training period)
