Projects & Programs Management Director

We are seeking a Project Manager who is eager to grow with us and drive the company's product leadership roadmap.

This role will lead and coordinate end-to-end activities for cross-functional project development core teams, focusing on the development and New Product Introduction (NPI) of multidisciplinary capital equipment and disposable products. The Project and Program Management Director will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of product development programs, from initiation through product release, sustaining activities until the end of life with alignment to strategic goals, and successfully delivering high-quality medical devices to customers.

Responsibilities

·        Drive the product lifecycle management from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and program management practices are applied.

• Lead and coordinate all end-to-end activities of cross-functional project\program development core teams in developing, NPI, and sustaining phases of multidisciplinary capital equipment & disposable products. 
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
•  Develop and manage detailed program plans that are both holistic and detailed, including design control deliverables and regulatory requirements for clinical studies and commercialization.
• Provide cross-functional product execution leadership ensuring alignment in  in product concept discussions, strategy meetings & technical reviwes, verification & validation (V&V) and qualification tests, program execution, clinical and pilot trials, and product field delivery. 
• Initiate and lead design reviews at required stages of the project development process to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks while ensuring on-time completion of project milestones.
• Schedule and lead regular project status updates and communicate key progress insights to stakeholders.

• Manage local and overseas subcontractors in NPD & NPI phases, ensuring their work aligns with program goals and quality standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (Mechanical/Biomedical/System)
• MSc \ MBA – a plus
• At least 5 years of project/program management experience in a medical multidisciplinary technology Experience in medical device development, NPI, and regulatory processes (ISO 13485, CFR Part 820, MDR) is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and MS Planner – required. 
• Experience in ALM, PDM, and CAD software – an advantage. 
• Strong leadership, independence, problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and interfaces, and strong teamwork skills.
• Fluent in Hebrew and English. Additional languages are an advantage.
