Copywriter

Responsibilities:

•Write clear, concise, and engaging copy for all out-of-app user communications, including emails and push notifications.

•Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to understand communication objectives and target audience needs.

•Optimize copy for maximum engagement and click-through rates, utilizing A/B testing and other data-driven insights.

•Maintain a deep understanding of the product, features, and user base.

•Contribute to developing and maintaining a style guide and best practices for out-of-app communications.

•Participate in the review and approval process for all outgoing communications.

•(Plus) Contribute to building and improving programs that ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our translation and localization processes. This may include collaborating with localization vendors, developing glossaries, and ensuring linguistic quality.

•(Plus) Stay up-to-date on industry best practices for email marketing, push notifications, and UX writing.

Minimum Qualifications:

•English as mother tongue - must

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

•3-5 years of marketing or copywriting experience, focusing on email and/or push notification marketing.

•Experience in the tech industry or with mobile applications.

•Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging copy for a variety of audiences.

•Experience in UX writing, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
