Position Overview:
As our new sales manager, you will be a key player in our Acquisition team, taking on leadership responsibilities while driving sales and managing a dynamic group of professionals. You will start as a hands-on operator, focusing on sales and developing client relationships, while preparing to lead the sales team in the future. Your role will involve hands-on sales activities and strategic oversight, preparing you for future growth opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preliminary inspections of properties to assess their potential.
- Negotiate with property owners.
- Purchasing new assets for the company.
- Connect with potential investors
- Showcase new deals online
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing direction, support, and motivation to ensure individual and team success.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a management role is a must.
- A team player who can also work independently.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and handle challenges effectively.
- Creative thinker with a desire to find innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in English is a must.

- Knowledge of real estate markets and trends is essential.
Location: The job is based in our Tel Aviv offices with working hours aligned to U.S. time zones.
