Senior windows agent Engineer

GYTPOL, a first-of-its-kind platform that automates and error-proofs configuration security for connected devices, is looking for a rockstar Senior windows agent Engineer with abundant Golang experience to join the team.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the backend development of our solution — building new features and capabilities while refining existing product functionality.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a Sensor running on a variety of Windows systems that is deployed on few million devices
• Debug and troubleshoot Windows-specific issues, ensuring high system reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Backend, Frontend, and product
• Write clear and maintainable code with unit and integration tests

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with a low-level programming language (e.g., C, C++, Rust)
• Experience developing user-mode software for Windows (services, APIs)
• Familiarity with Windows security, and networking
• Understanding of Windows event logs, registry, and process management
• Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and testable code

Hiring Preferences:

• Experience with Golang
• Knowledge of PowerShell for scripting
• Experience with debugging tools like WinDbg, Process Monitor, or Sysinternals
