Job Description: A IT buyer is responsible for procuring products, solutions and technological services for the organization, while ensuring compliance with business, technological and regulatory requirements. The role includes negotiating with suppliers, examining new technologies, managing contracts, and leading strategic procurement processes in the field of information systems.

Areas of Responsibility:

Manage procurement processes for software, hardware, cloud services, IT services,and integration services.

Locating, examining and evaluating potential suppliers in the field of information systems.

Negotiate prices, payment terms, SLAs, and contractual terms with suppliers.

Working together with technology and business departments to identify needs and adapt solutions.

Managing and leading contractual and contractual processes, taking into account legal and regulatory aspects.

Monitoring and controlling supplier performance, quality of service, and compliance with agreements.

Supporting the development of the organization's technology procurement strategy, while adjusting to the approved budget.

Optimizing procurement costs and ensuring the economic efficiency of contracts with suppliers.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Systemsand Economics.

At least 5 years of experience in procurement in the field of information systems in large organizations.

Knowledge and experience in commercial negotiation and contract management.

Experience working with local and international suppliers.

Familiarity with advanced procurement methodologies.

Ability to work with multiple interfaces and the ability to analyze economic data.

High command of English – writing, reading and speaking.

High communication skills and the ability to present issues to senior management.

דרישות התפקיד:

תואר ראשון בתחומים מנהל עסקים, הנדסה תעשייה וניהול, מערכות מידע וכלכלה או תחום רלוונטי יתרון.

ניסיון של 5 שנים לפחות ברכש בתחום מערכות מידע בארגונים גדולים.

ידע וניסיון במשא ומתן מסחרי וניהול חוזים.

ניסיון בעבודה עם ספקים מקומיים ובינלאומיים.

הכרות עם מתודולוגיות רכש מתקדמות.

יכולת עבודה עם ממשקים מרובים ויכולת ניתוח נתונים כלכליים.
