DevOps Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps & Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both DevOps practices and cybersecurity principles, ensuring secure, scalable, and reliable infrastructure. You will be responsible for automating deployments, monitoring system performance, implementing security best practices, and protecting our cloud and on-premise environments from threats.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless software delivery.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform, Ansible...
• Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and optimize resource utilization.
• Implement containerization and orchestration solutions (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Ensure high availability and scalability of applications.
• Monitor system health and performance using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or similar tools.

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify risks.
• Monitor and analyze security logs to detect and respond to incidents.
• Configure and manage firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAFs, and endpoint security.
• Ensure compliance with industry security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, GDPR, etc.).
• Secure cloud environments using IAM policies, encryption, and security best practices.
• Educate and train employees on cybersecurity awareness and practices.

• Proven experience in both DevOps and cybersecurity roles.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (Bash, Python, PowerShell, etc.).
• Expertise in network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and IAM best practices.
• Experience with container security and securing Kubernetes environments.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security auditing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• Certifications such as AWS Certified Security, CISSP, CEH, OSCP, CKA, or similar.
• Experience with SIEM solutions and SOC operations.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with secrets management tools like HashiCorp Vault.
