Head of Marketing

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Marketing to lead and inspire our marketing team. As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and overall revenue growth. This is a highly visible role requiring a strategic thinker with a proven track record of success in the SaaS industry. You'll be working closely with the executive team to define and execute the company's marketing vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
• Lead and manage a high-performing marketing team, mentoring and developing team members.
• Create and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, content, social media, email, events).
• Manage the marketing budget effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and brand experience.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on marketing performance regularly.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven significant revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and the marketing tactics required to support it.
• Experience with branding, including brand strategy, messaging, and visual identity development.
• Strong leadership, management, and mentoring skills.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
• Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
