Compiler Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Compiler Engineer who thrives in an ambitious and collaborative environment. This role involves taking full ownership of complex compiler development challenges, working closely with remote and cross-functional teams to drive innovation and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a proprietary compiler that translates a specialized programming language into a custom processor, designed to accelerate computational performance.
• Solve complex optimization challenges, particularly in real-time applications, parallel processing, and hybrid algorithm execution.
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and profiling to ensure optimal compiler performance and accuracy.
• Optimize software to maximize hardware efficiency, enabling system scalability and improving algorithm execution on a cutting-edge orchestration platform.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and architecture teams to enhance software-hardware integration and overall system performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience – Must.
• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (advanced degrees are an advantage) – Must.
• Experience with computer architecture, assembly language, and low-level programming concepts – Advantage.
• Experience in a multidisciplinary environment – Advantage.
• Familiarity with MLIR/LLVM – Advantage.
• A problem-solver with a passion for tackling complex technical challenges, particularly in hardware-oriented environments.
