Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Managing Partner, located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Managing Partner will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, developing and implementing business strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the growth and sustainability of the firm. The role requires leading project teams, coordinating with various departments, and representing WCG in high-level meetings and conferences.

***This is also (MBI-Management Buy-In) the Managing Partner will also be the (Country Director).

You will need (Capital Funds) to join for (Shares, Equities, Voting Rights & Net Profits). You may live in United States. However, you will have to be in charge of Tel Aviv.***

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management and leadership roles
• Strong business acumen with expertise in developing and implementing business strategies
• Exceptional client relationship management and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster a positive work environment
• Experience in the consulting industry is highly desirable
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Knowledge of the life sciences, technology, or humanitarian sectors is a plus
