Junior Economist

A leading and growing non-banking credit fund specializing in real estate financing is looking for a Junior Economist to join its professional team.

The role involves financial analysis, supporting credit processes, and working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to facilitate financing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting financial analyses, including reviewing financial statements, balance sheets, and banking data to support credit decisions.
• Assisting in credit renewal processes by collecting financial information and presenting recommendations.
• Communicating directly with clients to gather documents, clarify financial requirements, and assess their financial standing.
• Utilizing Excel and financial information systems for data analysis, report generation, and financial tracking.
• Monitoring client portfolios, identifying risks and opportunities, and reporting irregularities.

Requirements:

• degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related financial field.
• Up to one year of experience in credit analysis, financial analysis, or managing financial client portfolios.
• Strong ability to interpret balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and banking data.
• High proficiency in Excel and financial systems.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
