We are looking for a collector to be part of our finance team.

In your main role, you will be responsible for:

Collection based on AR Reports.

Reply to customers in a timely manner.
Check deposits.
Work with an ERP system:
Issue Collection reports to Management.
Analyze customers’ accounts.
Follow up on invoices.
Record deposits in the system

Qualifications:

High communication skills
Strong attention to detail for tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts, and ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize follow-ups effectively
Experience in working with finance systems (advantage)
Certified Bookkeeper - (advantage)
1-2 years of previous collection experience (advantage)
