About The Role

WEKA is looking for a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale technical hiring across Israel, the US, and India. Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, this role is key to building world-class engineering and product teams and supporting WEKA’s rapid growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global tech recruiting strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Lead and manage global recruiters across Israel, the US, and India.
• Partner with hiring managers and executives to optimize talent acquisition efforts.
• Own full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Build a strong talent pipeline for engineering and product roles.
• Implement best practices in hiring, diversity, and employer branding.
• Analyze Greenhouse ATS data to improve hiring decisions and efficiency.
• Drive engagement in the employee referral program.
• Scale the talent acquisition team to support expansion.
• Manage relationships with external recruiting partners.
  
  

Requirements

• 10+ years in talent acquisition, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record in scaling global technical hiring in a fast-growing company.
• Experience managing global recruitment teams (Israel, US, India).
• Strong expertise in sourcing and hiring top engineering and product talent.
• Background in employer branding, diversity hiring, and recruitment marketing.
• Data-driven mindset with Greenhouse ATS reporting & analytics experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to partner with leadership.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a hands-on approach.
