Mission
DoorLoop is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to join our growing Analytics group. We aim for a passionate individual who can influence both strategy and decision-making through data analysis and the creation of new analytical tools to facilitate self-serve analytics by our customers (leaders and employees at DoorLoop).
Responsibilities
- Range from measurement strategy & KPIs, building the data structure, creating actionable product insights, and identifying new opportunities for the growth of our Marketing.
- Collaborate with employees across the company, at all levels of seniority (individual contributors to senior leadership), and across departments.
- Create cutting-edge measurement strategy and north-star KPIs for marketing, client-facing teams, and products.
- Creating hypotheses, designing and executing A/B tests, and analyzing results to measure the impact of changes on our marketing campaigns and product features.
- Leveraging data to inform key business decisions and create effective processes and tools for data consumption, monitoring, and reporting within the marketing department.
- Communicate business insights to senior management and be a trusted partner to ensure program success and data-driven decisions.
- Applying your expertise in analysis, data visualization, and data mining to tell the story behind the numbers and derive actionable insights for management.
- Proficient level of SQL - MUST
- 4+ years of experience as Business/ Marketing Analyst
- Experience working with BI/Analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, etc)
- A deep understanding of marketing principles and metrics.
- You have a passion for making a clear user behavior funnel , using any available tools and paths in product development
- Experience in creating data pipelines, KPIs, reporting, and data models and a holistic understanding of measurement and influencing decisions through data
- Ability to tell the story and present the results in a clear and interesting way
- Great communicator with a strong ability to build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
- Experience executing multiple concurrent projects
