Based in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and Washington, D.C., WCG has branches in various international locations, such as Geneva, Switzerland, Pune, India, and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in (Tel Aviv) for a Managing Director. The Managing Director will oversee daily operations, develop strategic plans, manage client relationships, and lead business development initiatives. Responsibilities also include financial management, team leadership, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

***This is also (MBI-Management Buy-In) the MD-Managing Director will also be the (Country Director).

You will need capital to join for (Shares, Equities & Net Profits). You may live in United States. However, you will have to be in charge of Tel Aviv.***

Qualifications

• Leadership, team management, and strategic planning skills
• Strong client relationship and business development skills
• Financial management, budgeting, and compliance oversight techniques
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in consulting services, preferably within the sectors WCG operates in
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous
