Join a growing product design team in Silverfort, where you will be responsible for the UX \ UI of our products, working closely with our engineering, product, and marketing teams to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own Silverfort’s design system and take it to the next level and serve as the UI library gatekeeper
• Mentor designers and cross-functional teams on design systems usage standards and best practices
• Collaborate with developers regularly to communicate requirements and ensure accurate and effective implementation
• design, including research, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes, and UI design
• Standardize and streamline scalability, consistency, usability, accessibility, performance, aesthetics, and so much more across multiple products
• Document and maintain design system guidelines
• Communicate and advocate for design system decisions and changes across the organization
• Contribute to the general platform design process from initial concept to pixel-perfect
• Conduct a full product design cycle - from collecting inspiration through creating a pixel-perfect design, ending with delivery, and supporting development
• Become an integral part of the product team and perfect your work processes with product managers, engineers and other relevant teams
  
  

• 4+ years of experience shipping products end-to-end as part of a product team
• Experience creating & maintaining design systems from scratch, applying best practices, both from a technical and a creative point of view
• Experience in designing complex systems and translating user experience challenges into simple and intuitive solutions.
• A keen eye for pixel perfect details and a heart for a joyful design
• Excellent human relations and communication skills.
• Proficient in Figma and other design tools
• Experience with the UX UI design process, including research, testing, visual design, prototyping and shipping
• Mindful of how to maintain a balance between business and user need
