Bookkeeper/Accountant - Investment Firm

About us:

A well-established private investment firm which is a part of a leading global successful commercial company is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant.

This is a part-time position (50-70% - flexible), reporting directly to the CEO and owner.

The role involves independent financial management in collaboration with a Big 4 accounting firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle bookkeeping, including preparing financial materials for audits and balance sheets.
• Managing financial interactions with international banks.
• Working closely with external accountants and auditors.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an accountant/bookkeeper in a private equity fund, venture capital fund, or family office.
• Mandatory: Experience working with international banks.
• Mandatory: Experience in preparing and submitting materials for financial audits.
• Ability to work independently.
• Certified Bookkeeping Level 2.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good English proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and high motivation.
