We are looking for an experienced and motivated Automation Lead to join our team and manage the automation domain within the organization!

This is a full-time position in Netanya.

Responsibilities

• Leading automation projects
• developing and implementing automation solutions
• overseeing the automation testing teams

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in the automation field Including 1-2 years in a leadership role managing technical teams
• Hands-on experience with leading automation tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, etc.)
• In-depth knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or other languages relevant to automation
• Ability to analyze and understand business processes, and the capability to plan and implement advanced technological solutions
• Experience working with DevOps and automation tools
• Ability to work under pressure, manage goals, and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to mentor and guide employees, fostering a professional and organized environment
• Experience in test automation
• Knowledge and experience with additional tools for network and server automation management
• Experience in CI/CD processes
• Experience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
