Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for an FP&A Analyst to support financial processes and business activities, including budget monitoring, cost analysis, and payroll tracking. This role involves collaboration with various finance functions and departments across the organization.

What You Will Do

• Provide financial forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with business and functional teams to enforce budget control.
• Collaborate with HR on headcount planning and payroll budget management.
• Oversee the monthly close process and analyze budget variances.
• Maintain a rolling forecast and enhance forecasting methodologies.
• Prepare reports for senior management and track key business KPIs.
• Support the annual budgeting process.
• Manage and optimize the corporate insurance plan.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Management.
• 2+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a high-tech environment.
• Strong analytical skills, ability to challenge processes, and suggest improvements.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Self-driven and independent, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel skills, experience with ERP and BI systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate with global teams; fluent English required.
