Role Description

We are looking for a Co-Founder & CTO / Head of AI & Data Science to join as a founding team member, responsible for leading the development of our AI, data, and product architecture.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone excited to shape cutting-edge AI technology from the ground up, influence the company’s strategic direction, and build a scalable product.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI, NLP, and Machine Learning development — from research to implementation.
• Develop real-time algorithms for analyzing large-scale social, search, and media data.
• Build systems for sentiment analysis, trend detection, and predictive modeling.
• Architect scalable data pipelines and platforms for ongoing analysis and client-facing insights.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define and refine the core product vision.
• Take ownership of technology strategy, execution, and future R&D direction.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor future engineering, AI, and data teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Big Data — ideally in startups or early-stage tech.
• Strong expertise in NLP, sentiment analysis, social network analysis, or predictive modeling.
• Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale data pipelines and real-time systems.
• Familiarity with unsupervised learning, zero-shot learning, and advanced AI models — an advantage.
• Passion for building innovative AI products with measurable real-world impact.
• Strategic mindset with willingness to lead both technical vision and hands-on development.
• High independence, ownership, and entrepreneurial drive.
• Advantage: Experience with political/consumer insights, behavioral data, or trend forecasting.
