As an Global IT Manager, you will lead a team of IT engineers, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. This role requires strong technical expertise alongside leadership skills to mentor, develop, and align the team with the company's strategic goals. You will oversee networking, cloud operations, endpoint management, automation initiatives, and user support while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

What You'll Do

• Technical Leadership & Strategy: Provide technical leadership by mentoring the IT team, driving strategy, owning the IT roadmap, and acting as a senior escalation point for critical IT challenges.
• Networking and Connectivity: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network environments to ensure reliable and secure connectivity.
• Device and Endpoint Management: Administer Mac and Linux devices with Jamf and best practices, focusing on access control, security, and compliance.
• Cloud Operations: Manage and optimize cloud operations, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency across cloud-native infrastructure and services.
• Identity and Access Management: Oversee user lifecycle management, ensuring secure provisioning, deprovisioning, and access control with tools like Okta.
• Patch Management: Implement and maintain patch management strategies to secure and optimize system performance.
• Support and Troubleshooting: Provide IT support, including diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues.
• Automation and IT Process Optimization: Design and implement automation workflows to improve IT operations, reducing manual efforts and enhancing efficiency.
• Documentation and Process Improvement: Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various business teams to align on key initiatives, supporting projects and internal service delivery.
  
  

• 8+ years of experience in IT engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or team lead role.
• Global IT Team Management: Experience leading global IT teams, including managing freelancers and contractors, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and operational efficiency across regions.
• Project Management: Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, driving efficiency and continuous improvement.
