Global Workplace Site Manager

Description

We are looking for a dynamic leader to oversee and manage our global workplace operations. This includes responsibilities for maintenance, space planning, and vendor management. The role also involves driving sustainable initiatives within facilities management, ensuring alignment with our corporate responsibility goals.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace and administrative operations strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives, monitoring expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and tracking actual spending against the budget.
• Establish and maintain high standards for operational processes, ensuring efficient use of resources, cost management, and proactive problem-solving.
• Initiate and oversee projects aimed at improving employee service experience, including optimizing both office administration and facilities management.
• Lead and manage the Office Administration & Facilities team, ensuring seamless coordination between administrative and facilities functions.
• Manage relationships with vendors – searching, evaluating, and negotiating contracts with external suppliers related to office services and facilities.
• Design and enforce global workplace operations, safety, health, and security policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maintaining a safe, productive working environment.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response strategies to safeguard employees, assets, and property.
• Collaborate with all companies' departments to support business needs.
• Supervise subcontractor work in various fields, with a focus on quality control, service level agreements (SLAs), and administrative efficiency.
  
  

Requirements

• At least 5 years experience in managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively manage project scope, resources, and timelines, while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and external partners.
• Strong understanding of real estate leasing, workplace management, administrative operations, safety, security, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with day-to-day operational execution.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach to managing challenges.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in managing and developing teams.
