Anti-Piracy Engagement Specialist

We are a fast-growing IT consulting and anti-piracy firm that partners with leading global companies to ensure software compliance and protect digital assets. Our team operates across multiple regions, engaging with businesses to educate, negotiate, and resolve software compliance issues.

We are currently expanding our Engagement Specialist team to support Israel, and we’re looking for a talented professional who can engage with businesses, conduct outreach, and facilitate compliance discussions.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct outreach to businesses in Israel suspected of using unlicensed software.
• Engage decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, IT managers) through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
• Educate and negotiate with businesses on licensing compliance, guiding them toward resolution.
• Research and identify key contacts within organizations using OSINT tools and investigative research.
• Track all interactions in CRM tools, ensuring organized follow-ups and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with investigators to gather intelligence and strengthen case evidence.
• Adapt communication styles to effectively engage with businesses across various industries in Israel.

What We're Looking For:

✔ Fluent in English (Hebrew is a strong plus)

✔ Experience in engagement, sales, compliance, or customer relations

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Ability to research and identify key business contacts

✔ Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and Google Sheets

✔ OSINT or investigative research experience (Preferred)

✔ Comfortable with cold outreach (emails, calls, LinkedIn messaging)

✔ Understanding of business culture and negotiation in Israel

✔ Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

✔ Experience in software licensing or IT sales is a plus
