Senior GNC (guidance, navigation & control) Engineer

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior GNC Engineer to take a key role in developing cutting-edge autonomous and semi-autonomous systems, pushing the limits of guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) for high-performance robotic platforms. You will work on challenging, real-world problems, ensuring our robots can execute precise, high-speed maneuvers in complex environments while maintaining robust stability and reliability.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in GNC development for drones, autonomous robots, aerospace, or similar systems.

Experience with C/C++, or MATLAB/Simulink for algorithm development and testing.

Hands-on experience with real-world testing and debugging.

Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams, bridging the gap between software, hardware, and real-world deployment.

Passion for pushing boundaries in robotics, autonomy, and high-performance GNC systems.
